I have read, understood and agree by the terms and conditions of the agreement, including the limitations on liability as listed below.*

Liability Agreement. Please note that:
• use of the swimming pool
• use of the spa bath
• swimming in the creek
• walking on the property
involves recreational activities with both obvious and potential dangers. Under the Civil Liability (Amendment) Personal Responsibility Act 2002 there is no liability for injury suffered whilst using these facilities. It is a term of our contract that you engage in any of these recreational activities at your own risk.
* Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is fully refundable for cancellations:
• Day Spa no later than 24 hours prior to appointment
• Retreat Cancellation 7 days before arrival will result in a 1 day booking charge. Cancellations within 48 hours before arrival will be charged at the full cost of the booking. However, these cancellation fees may be waived in special circumstances.

Dive into the horizon pool, enjoy the chemical free hot spa and traditional Norwegian wood fired sauna – and then there is the food – Italian style, using only the best organic ingredients, including produce from our own garden or our local suppliers.
